My name is Kelsey and as a Registered Dietitian,  I’m incredibly passionate about helping people explore and nourish their relationships with food and self-care. I love food and I’m seriously over this diet culture we live in. Phrases like, “Ugh, I really shouldn’t eat that” or “I was so bad yesterday, I really need to hit the gym” make me cringe. Every. Time. The coolest thing is, we can change it! I want nothing more than to be a part of this movement.
